Alex went to University in Ottawa and is very fluent in English. I (Raf) am perfectly bilingual thanks to my military father. I lived 4 years in Greenwood, Nova Scotia, when I was little and then I went to school in English, here in Quebec.
We can easily serve our clients in both official languages.
